Its head-quarter is situated at Maurya Kushwaha Abhiyanta Bhawan, Maurya Kushwaha Road, Behind Radiant Public School, Danapur-Khagaul Road, Patna. It has state and district chapters all over the country with members spread across the globe.

(i) NEFT, RTGS and IMPS in Saving Bank Account No. 2913000100107514 or 2913000100110341 of Punjab National Bank, Saguna More, Patna (IFSC Code - PUNB0757700) and send the payment slip / receipt / acknowledgement to E-Mail / WhatsApp of the General Secretary of the forum,

(ii) Demand Draft / Cheque in favour of Kushwaha Abhiyanta Forum payable at Patna, or

(iii) Cash at KAF office or through any of its Permanent Member.

Please do not forget to get Receipt. Receipt can be collected from Central Office at Patna or can be sent through post / courier / e-Mail / WhatsApp as per your convenience.
